What to write about

• Support. Problems with the tracer, the bulk lookup, or the log analyzer. Include the IP address or query that misbehaved.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion requests under our privacy policy.
• Data corrections. If a dossier places an IP in the wrong region, note that geolocation data comes from DB-IP Lite. Corrections must be filed upstream at db-ip.com; we refresh our copy monthly, so an accepted correction appears here on the next cycle. Our accuracy guide explains what error rates to expect.
• Abuse reports. Automated scraping, misuse of results, or content that misrepresents what IP data can show. A dossier describes a network's probable area, never a person.
• Partnership enquiries. Integrations, data licensing questions, or research collaborations.
